I bought this dress for my college graduation pictures and I am obsessed. This dress makes you feel like a princess, the open back and puff sleeve make a great combo. I have gotten so many complements on this dress. I would wear it anywhere from graduation, brunch, or a daytime bar. I am under 5ft so the length was appropriate for grad pics, if you are taller it may be shorter on you.
