使用方法
- Apply colour to desired area - inner corner of eyes, along lash line, brow bone, cupid's bow, or elsewhere.
- Draw on and blend out with brush or fingers for a highlight effect.

I have very fair skin and medium blonde hair with platinum highlights and am always on the lookout for makeup that accentuates my paleness while giving shimmer and life - this pencil is GREAT for me, have purchased twice. It works as a lipliner, eyeliner, soft topper over brow pencil to soften the color, and can be precisely smudged anywhere - as the name suggests - such as over the bridge of the nose or freckes area.
