I am 5'5 28ish29 waist, 39 hip, 32 bust and ordered the small given the size chart and now think I'd fit better in the XS because of my smaller chest. Had to get the straps altered which raises the back and doesn't lay flat. Overall GORG dress and can't wait to wear it. I would recommend basing your size off the measurements of your chest- not your waist/hips because even with my bigger measurements it fits great on the bottom.

Absolutely love this dress but it runs incredibly. I got a medium because small was sold out; and it was literally falling off of me.
